To ensure food safety, once food products are sold, returns and exchanges are not supported unless there is a quality issue.

If there are quality issues such as external damage or expansion within 24 hours of receiving the product, please email us to indicate “refund” or “exchange ” in email subject, with the order number and photo proof of the actual unopened and unused items to service@donser.com.sg, at the same time, you need to return the purchased items in full to: Shun Li Industrial Complex 705 Sims Drive #02-02 Singapore 387384. Once we receive your email with all the necessary information, we will process your request for a return or exchange within 3 working days.

For other reasons and requests submitted after 24 hours, no refunds or exchanges will be granted.

Returns and exchanges will not be processed for food quality issues caused by improper consumer use or storage.

Subjective factors such as personal aesthetics, taste, and preferences are not considered quality issues.

We’ll send you an email notification once your refund has been processed. After receiving this email, your refund should appear in your credit/debit card account within 10 business days. However, for some banks, it will only reflect on your next billing statement.

If you do not see your refund within 14 business days since you received our email, please contact our Customer Service team.

Any refund given shall be subject to deduction of all applicable credit card and bank charges and admin fees.
